What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), the company you belong to, dogs you add, bookings, invoices, invite codes, and basic device logs needed to keep the app signed in and secure.
Why we use it
To create your account, join you to a company, show calendars and jobs, raise invoices, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data.
Who sees it
People in your company can see the dogs, bookings and notes needed to do the work. We use Supabase to host the database and login. We do not share data with other companies on Paw Planner.
How long we keep it
We keep account and booking records while the account is open and for a limited time after. You can ask us to delete your account.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or EU you can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion, and you can complain to the ICO. Use the contact details on https://pawplan.app.
Children
Paw Planner is for adults who book or run dog care. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
