Terms

Who we are
Paw Planner is a booking app. It lets a dog-care company run its own desk, and lets that company’s clients book walks, daycare, sitting and custom jobs. It is not a marketplace. Clients only book with the company they joined.
Your account
You must be 18 or over. Keep your login details private. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us if you think someone else has used it.
Companies
If you open a desk you confirm you have the right to run that business. You set your own prices, slots, staff and rules. You are responsible for the care you give, for the dogs you accept, and for any invoices you raise. Paw Planner does not employ walkers or look after dogs.
Clients
You join one company with an invite code. Bookings, dogs and notes you add are shared with that company so they can do the job.
Content you add
Names, photos, notes and messages you put in the app stay yours. You give us and the company you joined a licence to use them only to run the service.
Acceptable use
Do not break the law, harass anyone, try to access another company’s data, or misuse invite codes. We can suspend an account that harms the service or other users.
Availability
We aim to keep the app working but we do not promise it will be up at all times. We are not liable for lost bookings, missed walks or business interruption beyond what UK law requires.
Fees
Charges between a company and its clients are between those parties. We do not take payment in this version.
Ending the account
You can stop using the app at any time. A company admin can ask us to close a desk. We may close accounts that break these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
